In this criminal case, Defendant, Dominique Jackson, was found guilty by jury verdict of the second degree murder of Derrion Sam, a juvenile under the age of twelve. He has appealed his conviction, alleging insufficiency of the evidence. For the following reasons, we affirm Defendant's conviction.
