The Louisiana Board of Ethics (the "Board") appeals from a judgment of the Third Judicial District Court, Lincoln Parish, the Hon. Thomas Rogers presiding, rejecting the Board's challenge to the candidacy of Mr. Christopher Garriga as a candidate for Lincoln Parish Police Jury, District 6. For the following reasons, we affirm.
