Ginger Crawford appeals a judgment by the Twenty-Sixth Judicial District Court, Parish of Webster, Louisiana, granting a motion to strike and a motion for summary judgment by Brookshire Grocery Company. For the following reasons, the trial court's judgment is reversed in part and affirmed in part.
