David Rodgers appeals a judgment that denied his motion for new trial, declared his objections to a Hearing Officer Conference Report ("HOCR") abandoned, adopted the HOCR without a hearing or evidence, ordered him to pay child support of $3,300 a month, and subjected him to contempt for failure to pay. We reverse and remand.
