In this worker's compensation matter, plaintiff-appellant, Crescent City Surgical Centre, L.L.C. ("Crescent City"), appeals the denial of its claim for special reimbursement pursuant to the Louisiana Administrative Code, Title 40, Part I, § 2505. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
