PAINTER, Judge.
Plaintiff, Kenneth Turner, appeals the trial court's grant of Defendants' motion for partial summary judgment finding "that the percentage of fault of the intentional tortfeasor must be assigned and applied to reduce plaintiff's recovery as to any defendant found to have been negligent in this case." For the following reasons, we affirm.
