Defendant, Dien's Auto Salvage, Inc. (Dien's), appeals the entry of a default judgment against it. For the following reasons, the default judgment is affirmed.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Sun Coast Contracting Services, LLC (Sun Coast) and Dien's entered a "Teaming Agreement" in which they agreed to demolish a sugar mill in New Iberia, Louisiana, and to remove the debris. The agreement provided that the revenues, expenses, profits...
