The Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) received a report alleging the sexual abuse of a minor from an unnamed source. The report involved a family with five minor children, where the father of three of the children allegedly engaged in various sexual acts with one of the other two minors. After receiving the allegations, DCFS instituted a temporary safety plan, which prohibited the father from having any contact with the children...
