GREMILLION, Judge.

Defendant, Quint Mire, was found guilty of second degree murder, a violation of La.R.S. 14:30.1, and obstruction of justice, a violation of La.R.S. 14:130.1. Defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence for second degree murder and ten years at hard labor for obstruction of justice, with the sentences to run concurrently.
