In this matter concerning a noncompete and nonsolicitation provision in an operating agreement, both parties appeal the trial court's judgment granting in part and denying in part a preliminary injunction sought by the plaintiff, Powertrain of Shreveport, L.L.C. ("Powertrain"), against its former member and the defendant, Denzil Stephenson ("Stephenson").
