The defendant, Dalton Fletcher, was convicted of two counts of second degree murder in the shooting deaths of his parents. He was initially sentenced to two concurrent mandatory sentences of life imprisonment at hard labor, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. We affirmed his convictions.
