In this suit against an uninsured motorist (UM) insurer, the plaintiff appeals the judgment in his favor, seeking additional damages for injuries sustained in a rear-end collision, as well as penalties and attorney fees. The defendant insurer has answered the appeal, contending that the award of damages should be reduced. We affirm.
