The State appeals the trial court's granting of Mr. Kenneth Baham's ("Mr. Baham") motion to withdraw his guilty plea, claiming Mr. Baham failed to present valid grounds for its withdrawal. We find that the ruling from which the State seeks relief is not a final judgment and is therefore not an appealable judgment.
