STEWART, J.

The defendant, Donald Ray Baker, was convicted of two counts of cyberstalking, in violation of La. R.S. 14:40.3. A unanimous jury found him guilty as charged on both counts. He was sentenced to one year in the parish jail for the first count, and to one year in the parish jail, suspended, with two years of supervised probation for the second count. He now appeals, arguing that the evidence was insufficient to convict him of cyberstalking and that his sentences...
