In this child custody matter, Aimee Diann Lawrence is appealing the trial court's judgment awarding the parties joint custody, and designating Tony Lawrence the primary domiciliary parent. Asserting that the original custody decree was a considered decree, and that Tony did not satisfy the Bergeron standard, infra, Aimee now appeals.
