R.S. 23:631 et seq., the defendant, Physicians Behavioral Hospital ("PBH"), appeals from a trial court judgment awarding unpaid wages, penalties, and attorney fees to the plaintiff, Sharon Monroe, and denying defense motions for summary judgment and for judgment on the pleadings.
