Appellant Michael D. Cox appeals the district court's maintaining of an exception of res judicata filed by Appellee Leigh Ann O'Brien and its imposition of sanctions. For the following reasons, we reverse the district court's maintaining of the exception of res judicata and enter a judgment dismissing Mr. Cox's action of nullity for failure to disclose a cause of action, affirm the district court's imposition of sanctions and assess attorney...
