The claimant, Claire Soileau, sustained injury from a 2006 work-related fall. Although the employer, TMC Foods, Inc., paid compensation benefits, it terminated those benefits in 2011. The employer also denied a cervical surgery recommended by the claimant's treating orthopedic surgeon.
