Leonard Cushenberry appeals his convictions and sentences for attempted armed robbery, home invasion, and second degree battery, raising three assignments of error. Finding no merit to his assignments, but finding errors as to two of Mr. Cushenberry's sentences, we affirm his convictions for all three crimes and his sentence on the charge of attempted armed robbery, but remand the case for a ruling on his motion to reconsider the battery...
