The plaintiff, Alireza Salafian, appeals the trial court's judgment granting a motion for summary judgment in favor of the defendants, the Islamic Association of Arabi, Ltd. ("IAA") and Abdul Rahman Khan, and denying a cross-motion for summary judgment filed on his behalf. For the reasons below, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
