The plaintiff, Marilyn Braud Sharp, appeals the trial court's ruling granting the defendant's, Louisiana Stadium Expo District (LSED), exception of prescription. For the reasons that follow, we reverse the trial court's judgment granting the exception of prescription and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.
