The defendant, William J. Graham, was charged by amended grand jury indictment with one count of aggravated incest of a victim under thirteen years of age, a violation of La. R.S. 14:78.1, and pled not guilty. Following a jury trial, he was found guilty by unanimous verdict of the responsive offense of molestation of a juvenile, a violation of La. R.S. 14:81.2. He was sentenced to fifty years at hard labor, with twenty-five years of the sentence to be served...
