In this personal injury action, Defendants, Fred and Nicole Taylor, appeal the trial court's judgment finding them liable and awarding damages for the injuries sustained by Plaintiff, Dempsey Ray Wiley, as a result of a barroom scuffle. For the following reasons, we reverse.
