The claimants, Dr. Donald R. Williams, Solomon Williams Sr. and Londura Williams Jr.,1 individually and on behalf of their father, Londura Williams Sr., appeal a judgment sustaining exceptions of improper service and of prescription, and dismissing their medical malpractice claim against Dr. William D.
