In this unique setting, a mother came to the aid of her daughter and helped her build a home during the procedural ordeal of the daughter's divorce. The house was built, and title to the home was placed in the name of the mother. Two fire insurance policies were purchased from defendant, one by each woman to protect her interest in the home.
