STEWART, J.

The defendant, Robert Earl Walter, was convicted by a unanimous jury of second degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment, without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. He now appeals, arguing that the evidence was insufficient to convict him of second degree murder. For the reasons set forth in this opinion, we affirm.
