Writ granted. The defendant is a juvenile who was charged with two serious crimes by petition of delinquency: second degree murder of Wendy Byrnes, as a principal, and armed robbery of Dan Rousseve. The State filed a motion to transfer the case to Orleans Parish Criminal District Court due to the severity of the crimes.
