Olivia B. Davis, the administrator of the Succession of Ervin Byrd, appeals a district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of intervenors, Charles Etta Jones Jack, Alice Mae Jones Fulcher, Mary Louise Jones Woods and Norene Williams Wilson. For the following reasons, we affirm.
