CRAIN, J.

In this suit against an uninsured motorist insurer, the defendant appeals the trial court's damage awards to the plaintiffs for economic loss and loss of consortium, while the plaintiffs appeal the denial of their bad faith claim seeking penalties and attorney fees. We affirm.
