Ashton, appeals a summary judgment rendered by the Office of Workers' Compensation (OWC) in favor of defendants, United Parcel Service (UPS) and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (Liberty Mutual), and dismissing his workers' compensation claim with prejudice.
