The plaintiffs, Kearney and Terri Loughlin, filed a petition to annul a judgment of contempt rendered against them in an underlying lawsuit. In response, United Services Automobile Association (USAA) filed peremptory exceptions of prescription, no cause of action, and no right of action, all of which were sustained by the trial court. For the reasons that follow, we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand for further proceedings...
