Defendant, Dameion A. Greenberry, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine pursuant to State v. Crosby.1 He now appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress. For the reasons that follow, we vacate defendant's guilty plea and sentence and remand this matter to the trial court for further proceedings.
