The Louisiana Board of Ethics (Ethics Board) appeals an order of the Louisiana Ethics Adjudicatory Board (EAB) granting a motion to dismiss based upon an exception raising the objection of prescription filed by the defendants, Bryan Krantz and Family Racing Venture, LLC (FRV), For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
