James M. Jones, Jr., also known as Mike Jones ("Jones"), appeals the district court's judgment that granted Delta Fuel Co. Inc.'s ("Delta Fuel") special motion to strike. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
