This appeal arises from the granting of a motion for summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and denying defendant-appellant, Cynthia Joyce Thompson's cross-motion for summary judgment, dismissing the petition filed by Thompson seeking to annul the sheriff's sale conducted pursuant to executory process. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
