Defendant, the Parish of Jefferson ("the Parish"), appeals a judgment of the trial court that reversed and vacated a Jefferson Parish Council's order condemning property owned by Plaintiff, TTC Properties, Inc. ("TTC Properties"), and ordering its demolition. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
