This is an appeal of a summary judgment granted in favor of plaintiff-appellee, 501 Rue Decatur, L.L.C. ("501 Decatur"), and dismissing the Reconventional Demand of defendant-appellant, VTM Properties, LLC ("VTM"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
