The plaintiffs in the three consolidated appeals are persons asserting injuries caused by exposure to smoke and chemicals from an explosion and fire at Defendant's plant. Defendant has not denied liability for the cause of the explosion and fire, but denies the plaintiffs' claims of exposure to unsafe levels of hazardous...
