Gregory and Cynthia Henkelmann appeal a judgment dismissing their suit against Whiskey Island Preserve, LLC based on the doctrine of res judicata. We affirm the judgment of dismissal and deny Whiskey Island Preserve, LLC's request for damages for frivolous appeal.
