In this medical malpractice case, Plaintiff, John Ladart, appeals the granting of summary judgment in favor of Defendant, Harahan Living Center, Inc. d/b/a St. Joseph Nursing and Rehabilitation Center ("St. Joseph"), dismissing Plaintiff's claims with prejudice. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
