FREDERICKA HOMBERG WICKER, Judge.

David Bailey, claimant, appeals the Office of Worker's Compensation (OWC) judgment dismissing his disputed claim for benefits. Mr. Bailey argues the OWC judge erred both in finding he did not prove that he suffered a disabling accident on January 9, 2013, and in failing to award him attorney's fees and penalties. For the following reasons, we find Mr. Bailey's assignments of error to be without merit, and affirm the OWC's judgment...
