The State appeals the trial court's judgment granting Wayne Landry's motion to quash the bill of information. After a review of the record, we find that the trial court erred in granting the defendant's motion to quash. Therefore, we reverse, vacate the judgment, and remand the matter to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
