The juvenile, L.V.,1 challenges his adjudication as a delinquent for the offenses of illegal possession of a handgun and criminal trespass, arguing both insufficient evidence and ineffective assistance of counsel. After review of the record in light of the applicable law and arguments of the parties, we find the evidence sufficient but vacate the adjudication based on ineffective assistance of counsel.
