PAINTER, Judge.

Defendant, Kevin Keller (Keller), appeals the judgment rendered against him on the petition for open account filed by Plaintiff, 2 S Sign Company, Inc. (2 S Sign). Finding that Keller has no personal liability for any debt of Sunset Solutions, LLC (Sunset), that might be owed to Plaintiff, we reverse the trial court's judgment against Keller and render judgment dismissing Plaintiff's suit against Keller in its entirety and with prejudice.
