The salient issue in this appeal is whether the trial court erred in finding that plaintiff Jose A. Garay-Lara's selection to reject uninsured motorist coverage in his automobile insurance policy was valid, thus supporting the grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant insurance company. After a thorough and de novo review of the record, we find no error and affirm.
