McCLENDON, J.

Defendant appeals a trial court's judgment seeking a reduction in the amount of general damages awarded to the plaintiff by the trial court for false imprisonment. Plaintiff has answered the appeal seeking damages for conversion. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
