McCLENDON, J.

The intervenor in a personal-injury action seeking attorney fees appeals the judgment of the trial court and requests an increase in the amount of attorney fees awarded. The plaintiff answered the appeal, asserting that the attorney fees awarded were excessive or, alternatively, seeking attorney fees and costs for a frivolous appeal. For the following reasons, we affirm.
