This is an adverse possession case in which Plaintiff seeks recognition of a right to use a right of way crossing his neighbor's land, and an injunction prohibiting his neighbor from disturbing his use of the right of way. The trial court found Plaintiff had acquired a predial servitude over the right of way through acquisitive prescription and entered judgment in favor of Plaintiff. Defendant appeals.
