Alack, Alack Refrigeration Co., Inc., and Lotz Culinary Equipment & Supplies, Inc. appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment dismissing claims against third-party defendants, David T. DeMonte and Paul J. Varisco, Sr., individually, with prejudice. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
