The plaintiffs filed a redhibition suit in the Shreveport City Court against the seller and the manufacturer of an all-terrain vehicle. After trial, the court rendered judgment for the plaintiffs against the seller and the manufacturer, rescinding the sale and ordering return of the purchase price.
